Police are searching for a robber who held a handgun to the head of a Gwinnett County gas station clerk and escaped with almost $1,000 in cash.

The robbery happened May 18 at about 10 p.m. at the Mobile gas station at 925 Indian Trail Rd. in Lilburn.
